PARKING

Do you offer a shuttle between the parking area and the airport?
Parking P1 and P2 are in front of the airport building. No shuttle bus is needed. These parkings are at walking distance of the airport building.
Parking P3 is accessible by shuttle bus. A free shuttle is available on demand. At Parking P3 and in the airport building a shuttle bus totem is available to request the shuttle. It will arrive within 5 minutes.

Where can I pay my parking?
You can pay you parking upon arrival. Two payment machines are available in the airport building (arrivals area).

Do I need to make a reservation for a parking space?
Reservation is not needed. The parking’s work according to first come, first serve principle.

Are these parking’s secured?
The car parks are not secured but do have camera surveillance. Parking is at your own risk.

I lost my parking ticket: What do I need to do?
If you have lost your parking ticket, you can pay or get information at the information desk by showing your travel documents. The information desk will get in contact with BESIX Park, the parking operator.

How can I make a reservation, change my reservation or confirm my reservation?
Please contact the airline or visit the airline information desk at the airport to assist you with your reservation or change.

How can I get a refund of my ticket?
Please contact the issuing office (airline or travel agency). Please note that some tickets are non-refundable due to restrictions of the type of ticket.

Can I get assistance for children travelling alone or disabled passengers?
Special assistance is available for children and disabled passengers. Please contact your airline for more information. Special assistance request should be made at least 48 hours before departure at the airport.

Please contact your airline involved. Usually, you can take excess luggage with you if you pay an additional fee. Oversize luggage could be possible depending on the item, dimensions and weight. An additional fee will be charged if this kind of luggage is allowed.

Can I take my cat or dog with me?
Please contact your airline involved to know if your cat or dog can travel with you in the cabin or as hold luggage.
